Do you buy cheap, mid-range or expensive toilet roll?

I usually indulge in the finer things in life, but when it comes to toilet paper, I buy the cheapest.

Today I bought a pack of 12 rolls which cost me £1.17 from my local supermarket. The most expensive pack they had was £4.02 for 4 rolls.

The rolls in the 12 pack are double layer, not the single layer newspaper-like ultra budget shite you find in public bogs.

I just can?t bring myself round to spending more money on toilet paper when it?s only going to be thrown away after wiping my arse with it.

Usually, toilet paper is NOT something I go cheap on. When it comes to cleanliness and comfort of your ass, make no compromises.

I use nothing but the freshly plucked tongues of virgin baby song birds, beaten to an even softer consistency by skilled Peruvian tradesman in the remotest part of the Andes, and then hauled over rough mountain roads by cocoa leaf chewing seven-year-olds leading groups of specially trained llamas bearing intricately macramed side saddles the open weave of which allows additional curing in the unrelenting South American sun over the course of their perilous 8 week journey to the sea . . . or whatever's on sale in the supermarket.

man you're really screwed up.... that was awesome

in response to the OP: I usually buy some Charmin but occasionally will indulge my bunghole with the flushable baby wipes.

Cheap stuff works fine. The only time I have problems is if I have a stomach bug and end up spending a lot of time on the toilet.

I use tree bark. Mostly because I live in the woods. I actually had a carrier pigeon carry this note with my login info to an internet cafe to type up.

Toilet paper is toilet paper. I don't really have an issue with either.

Your post would have been so much better if you left out the second, serious part. 😀

I don't usually buy the cheap stuff. Nothing worse than wiping your ass and getting shit on your fingers. For the most part though I use flushable wipes.

QFT. I like the Northern Triple-ply.

Can't use the aloe stuff here. My wife is one of the <1/2% who's allergic to Aloe Vera.
