Social Equality (That it exists)

What does this imply?

Whatever you like, kind of like your belief God.

I still don't understand it, is it that ther's one greater tryth about social equality? or?

No, just that people are treated as equal to other people. Socially or tacitly, legally everyone is equal in rights.

Maybe. I dunno. how the hell should I know whether any ferrari owners in L.A. are buying fast food?

Because you know what a Ferrari is and that it exists. It is logically possible... do you know who or what God is?

My example has absolutely nothing to do with the existance of Ferraris. I didn't think it was that hard to understand.

Here, I'll jsut ask you directly then: Do you beleive that right now, (4:40AM PDT) anyone is ordering fast fod in a Ferrari in the Los Angeles area?

You have no idea, do you?

You didn't understand what I said. You now what a Ferrari is, you have ordered fast food before or have seen it done..... you have been to LA, or have seen and heard a lot about it..... You know it is logically possible.... have an idea of what it is..... how can you possibly know what God is from an actual physical object, other then your brain.

Well, if such a being exists, it could tell me about itself in some manner, right? Or it could not tell me. Or it could not exist. I dunno.

It depends, if you think God is a person next door, then yes.... all of the traditional views of God are logically impossible.

So you're telling me that any traditional view of god must be wrong? So you're saying I should vote that I don't beleive in God?

I'm telling you that I don't know if there is a God or not, and that option is not available in the poll. Are you trying to say that my viewpoint can't exist or soemthing, and that's why it's not in the poll?

I just want a damn "not sure" option in the poll.

hmmm does stumps believe in god?? yes and no, as far as religon goes, it's all a load of BS, especially the bible, it was written by man so the contents are flawed. But with all the weird sh*t that goes on in the world, I do believe that there is more to our lives then what we experience in the flesh, maybe when we die, we go on to another level of exsistance, I don't know, but what is written in the bible simple can not be how the after life is, maybe it is and I will burn in hell, but I am a big believer in evolution, but what if God created the universe and the earth as such, and billions of other worlds like ours, and just left them to "evolve", noboby knows, a few people I know are die hard christians, they simply dismiss anything that has to do with evolution, to them it is all fabricated..what a load of crap, why would so many people do this?
sure the bible attemps to answer many questions about the after life and god, but if you disagree, you will spend eternity in hell for not complying with it..what a load of crap..why should I suffer because I don't follow what somebody else has written?
As far as my beleif in god goes..yes I do believe in "god" but not in the religous sense.
I am not anit religon, people can believe what ever they want, that is fine by me, just as long as they don't push their beliefs on to me (eg most christian religons)

these are my believes, please do not get upset it is simply my opinon, if you disagree, I don't care so don't bother flaming

No No No No No No No No No No No No No No No

I do think that there is probably alien life on many other planets in many other solar systems throughout the universe, I doubt that any alien race has ever made it much outside of their own solar system. I also think most alien races are probably just simple bacteria.

Three eyed purple sasquatches exist. Just because you can't see them doesn't mean they aren't real. You order fast food without seeing or feeling the hamburger first.

I do not believe in God. God may or may not exist, but "belief" in such a being is utterly pointless.

It depends, if you think God is a person next door, then yes.... all of the traditional views of God are logically impossible.[/quote]

If they are logically impossible then you should be able to explain why God in traditional form can't exist. Proceed.

So what you're saying is that until proven otherwise, God does exist?

If you want to say that I can't say that God can't exist, then fine. But under those grounds you can't say that he does, so don't go around saying that he can exist.

;)

Hope you got all of that.

Your little spill assumes that I say he does or exist. What I said was that it is not logically impossible.
