4.5 mi is close to work though. Close enough to not break a sweat if you take it slow, and still do it in 20 mins.

Only thing I'll add to this is make sure the seal isn't too tight, otherwise you'll get fogging if you sweat for more than a few minutes/if it's humid.

I got photochromatic wrap around sunglasses for this. This way they are clear at night and tinted during the day. Either way they protect my eyes from UV and physical damage. You can get sunglasses with interchangable lenses too. Also my wrap-arounds are tight but they have vent holes on the side so they do not fog up.
