Do these shoes go with a black suit?

I was looking for some shoes to go with my new black suit and found some that I like the look of and fit okay, but I'm not sure they go with a black suit because of the brown part on the sole.

Oh yeah, the underside of the shoe (top portion) has no grip whatsoever. There is some sort of sticker that mimics a grip but it's pretty slippery.

I'll check them out when I go there to look at their suits, but I'm very picky about shoes. They can't be too heavy or clunky, and if they aren't slip-on, the shoe lace needs to be very low profile and of high quality.
Says the guy buying $40 shoes. Here's a clue, shoe's that are worth $80, NEVER get sold at 50 percent off.

Those are very similar to my G.H. Bass shoes but I don't like the belt buckle on top. Otherwise that's sort of what I'm looking for. I know what you're thinking...why don't I order a new pair of the G.H. Bass shoes? They changed the formula so they just don't quite feel right anymore.

Buy a pair of shoes that will last you a lifetime and be in-style forever - Sure they are gonna cost you $200 on sale from what is normally $300+ but your feet will thank you and everyone will know you are not basement dwelling neckbeard.

http://www.allenedmonds.com/sale/black-friday-sale/sale-shoes/ The Sanford for $199 is a great deal.

I own 6-pairs of AE's and have worn through the soles of a few but the leather is still like butter. It will be the last pair of dress shoes you buy, just take care of them by using cedar shoe trees and a good wax/polish. I

I don't take care of my shoes so I'm going to stick with cheap ones for now.

To the original question ... No, those shoes wouldn't be appropriate to wear with a suit, mostly because of the contrasting color of the heels, soles and stitching. They're more of a casual shoe. Wear with jeans or khakis and a sport coat.
