I believe you "attacked" me, remember?
If there are states with laws that allow for sex with lack of consent (just in case it wasn't clear, consent doesn't have to be verbal), then maybe they should change them? I never claimed to be an expert, but if wish for all of us to believe that you are one, post some facts or quit dismissing everyone else as "dense"
read my posts, i've been posting them, you just don't get it. hence, you are dense. it isn't an attack, its merely the truth because you've come in with your preconceived notion of what a rape is and you refused to be disabused of that notion where incorrect!
Main Entry: 3rape
Function: noun
1 : an act or instance of robbing or despoiling or carrying away a person by force
2 : unlawful sexual activity and usually sexual intercourse carried out forcibly or under threat of injury against the will usually of a female or with a person who is beneath a certain age
or incapable of valid consent -- compare SEXUAL ASSAULT, STATUTORY RAPE
3 : an outrageous violation
That is from
www.m-w.com. It's not
my preconceived notion, jerkoff. If you get your head out of your ass and realize that your definition and the definition of a number of states that you can't list or name isn't the
only definition of rape, then you will see that what I said was not incorrect.
"Rape doesn't mean resistance, it means lack of consent."
I never said "In every state of the United States, by statute, rape does not require resistance, only a lack of consent"
As for the "facts" you've posted, none of them include a listing of any states that supposedly have the statute written the way you say it is. I don't doubt that what you are saying is true, but if you are going to call me out on a technicality, why shouldn't I do the same to you?
Don't be a fvckhead. I 100% agree with what he is saying, because there are laws on the books that say exactly what he is saying. It varies by state, and he wasn't saying he agreed, but rather what the statute said. READ the post next time instead of popping off about what rape is/isn't. He's talking legal definition specifically.
Thanks, your opinion is insightful and helpful, even though you didn't say anything that resembles a fact.
