Women mind if you call them girls.

Not if you do it right...Many wimmenz like being referred to as "little girl." :p

You just can't do it in a condescending manner.

(remember, they think they're our equals) :p

Hmmmm.... :hmm:

back to the OP; I don't mind being called a chick, a hot chick is a even better. just don't use it like it's a derogatory term or add an expletive to it and it's all good.

I have a habit of saying "hey man" when I see a guy yet I've discovered "hey woman" doesn't really have the same meaning. Whatever, I'm all about equality.

So...calling her a "psycho wise and beautiful woman" is out of the question?

Seems pretty appropriate for many/most wimmenz during..."that time of the month." (or when they're pregnant)

Do guys mind if you call them dude? I doubt it. What's to be offended by in the word chick? It's not like it's an insult like bitch, or whore.

I would say most don't when you describe girls in general...but most don't like it said about them directly.

I also find it weird when I use the phrase "hey guys" to refer to a group of people, which may or may not include women. They either don't mind or don't notice, because I've never had an issue before.
