Point of order: Three respondents have indicated that they would be posting hotties. Only one has followed through. This is a grave breach of etiquette and of the ATOT trust.

Your poll is fundamentally flawed because "The War of 1812" is not one of the options.

So completely wrong, I don't know where to begin.

believe it or not...this was the first time I ever googled "hotties". This search is pure win.

To answer the OP's question:

Sometimes. Usually one or both people refuse to admit that they are wrong. I usually default to admitting that I am wrong just to get people to STFU

I certainly can't let this go unchallenged. Pure is too strong a term. Maybe 95% win is in order but to say "pure win" is just the type of hyperbole that renders meaningful discussion and amicable resolution unpossible.

Edit: So you spent almost 40 minutes checking out the hotties before coming back to this thread? And you still haven't posted one? :(

That's incredibly wrong of you to do . . . not that you'll admit it, of course.

I'm sure it is wrong.

Call it 15+ years of working with the public. Path of least resistance is where its at.

That...and googling hotties

Let's back up here a bit and see if reason might penetrate the fog that has benighted your sight and led you so far from the reality of your failure to comprehend your true position in this discussion as to induce from your pen such nonsense as you've posted above. To wit, you're wrong.

I'm sorry, but you are wrong. OCGuy is not merely wrong, he's utterly and totally and cosmically wrong, which means that you are wrong to merely call him wrong . . . so, so wrong.

Frankly everything in this thread is wrong and is giving me a headache, apart from the google hottie search which really is rather good.

The headache is completely understandable as it is a natural consequence of the cognitive dissonance between what your eyes read and what your fingers type. If you would simply release ego and see reality as it truly exists, you would understand the perfection that exists within this thread (except for Engineer who is flat out wrong) and your self inflicted pain would recede.

shut up and edit your poll to include:
"rudeguy is the most awesomely awesome person here"

While you are sort of on the right track, your assertion or presumption that I'm smart enough to figure out how to edit a poll is total fail.
