I want a system that is close to cutting edge but not overkill, good value is key, but so is performance.

I know it's not Lian Li, but I was happy with what I saw on this site.
About $950 for PC, and $705 for the monitor. The only things I plan on adding in the future is more ram, different cpu and eventually video card.
Need not worry about LAN, DVD, floppy, mouse, keybd or CD-RW.
What about:
1) HDD cooler/fan
2) Monitor cooler
3) Side, top and PCI card fans
4) Nonconductive shim for CPU
5) Anything else?
