3 minutes left and they're 20k short of that final goal...

Not a fan of that final stretch goal anyway. I get annoyed in RPGs when I travel to a town to buy or sell and arrive at night then have to go find an Inn to rest at until morning before I can complete my business. Not a huge bother for me, just a minor annoyance.

However, I can see how players that really like to get into character would want things like that.

They confirmed on the live stream that all the goals were met, I guess extra money from paypal and/or something else.

They made the last goal, sweet!

Yup, was just going to post that. Good for them. Hope we see a revival of turn-based tactical combat RPGs. They allow for so much more interesting battles. Temple of Elemental Evil is one of my favorites in that regard, though it's paired with a weak story and buggy engine.

Yay! Day/night schedules make the game feel much more real. I remember being amazed in ultima 6 when the NPC's would leave their shops and go home to sleep each night.

I see your point but going to a town at 3am in the morning and the blacksmith is still making swords is a bit off putting. Even Skyrim had basic schedules. Ultima 7 was the best though. They would go to the inn, make food, sit down and have dinner, sleep, often do social stuff....was great.

With them making all their stretch goals, are they still on track to make their 2013 launch date? Or will it be pushed back a little?

If this comes out too close to Torment or PE, I'll never get around to it. 😛

Nov 2013 apparently. I think originally it was June so they have pushed it back a few months.

Should still come out at the end of the year. They were already working on it quite a bit before they decided to do KS to make it bigger/better.
