Don't STi's have topmount intercoolers? I couldn't imagine it would be too happy without the scoop..

Yeah, they run a topmount stock.

As for the SVT Focus, I'm 50/50 on that. Having one, it definately stands out next to a regular Focus, enough for a cop to give me a 53 in a 40 last week :|

I dunno whats rice about a turbocharged neon...if thats rice, then EVERYTHING is rice. I mean, its not like it comes stock with clear side markers, a body kit, and a 6" tip muffler. Oh, and stickers to improve performance.

When I had my '01 ZX3 I got pulled over doing 55 in a 40 (and the guy in the next to me was doing the same, but I guess small cars are bigger magnets than SUVs). However, it probably didn't help that my focus was red.

Since I've had the (grey) Altima I haven't had any cop trouble, but I've only had it for ~6 months.


Edit: Question.. if someone rices out a (base) neon, is it still rice? Or is it like.. steak (or potatoes)? You know, since it's an american car...
