I drive 'em into the ground too, whatever I buy isn't going to get resold unless it's ringing up big repair bills to the point where I want to unload it. Honda/Toyota and their brands will probably be free of that.

I love the TL, but that's just too much to spend on a car. 30k is really pushing what I can really justify to myself, but if it lasts 10 years, that's not so bad at that point.

You can definitely do the oil change yourself but after everything it's still going to run $50-$75. And hassle with the electronic dipstick (if that's what it uses, not sure on yours). You could always measure how much comes out and put the same amount back in. 😉
