budget is more important than anything. a 6200 has DX9c and OGL2 but wont be able ot muster the muscle to run it beyond 300x200 resolution lowest settings in any modern games.
x800xt is DX9b/ogl1.5 but will run most games 1024x768 or 1280x1024 on high due to the extra muscle(it's about 6-8 times more as a general measure than a 6200tc/x300se HM)
I think you got the OGL backwards. the 800 is OGL 2.0 and the 6200 is OGL 1.5.
