btw making your own fettucini alfredo is a lot more rewarding (tastier) than any frozen ones i've tried (every one they had).
one pint of heavy cream
one stick of butter
few tablespoons of cream cheese
heat until boiling
add 3/4 cup of parmesan(sp?) cheese (real cheese, not the stuff that comes in the green kraft containers)
add one teaspoon garlic powder
cook until oil separates from the rest of the sauce (few hours).
