Agreed. They definitely would have given you a good amount of paperwork, so prove it. Another question, how were you out in the open able to talk to this girl. When I was arrested I was in a holding cell, and ONLY got released when I could bond myself out.
 
shens or not, you lied to her about "working" at the station. Unless they're both really into fantasies of cheating (Sideways anyone?) I'd prepare for many more lonely nights to come.
