I feel like you are being deliberately obtuse. I have said that this is purely speculation based on the evidence at hand, which is that slide. Admittedly, we see that there are octocore Jaguar chips, and thus the clockspeed might be wrong. But evidence points towards the Jaguar architecture not scaling well past 2GHz.
Additionally, the number of cores does not increase TDP linearly. For example, the A10-5700 (non-K) and the A6-5400K have the same TDP (65W) despite the A10 having twice the cores.
