I managed to buy a 3.4 ee es chip from an awesome dude. It worked well after i received it. However, a thought entered my mind that since these are ES' a 3.2 can be made to look like a 3.4 and vice versa. Take note that the only thing wreitten on the heatsinks is engineering sample and the like. I used cpu-z and cpuid as well as pc wizard to find the steppings and model number to verify the processor. after comparing and looking up the spec sheets in the intel website, it turns out that the number correspond to that of a 3.2 EE and not a 3.4 EE. The bold letters show that its a 3.2 ee cpuid. should i contact my frioend again?
on cpu-z, it shows spec: Intel pentium 4 EE
