Williamettes suck for overclocking period. Since you already have that 1.6, good luck. You can possibly get 2 GHz out of the thing, maybe a bit more. But you'll still be limited by your smaller cache. Plus, comparing to new P4 C's, you'll also be further limited by a low FSB, low memory speed, and no Hyperthreading.
Williamette P4's were bad when they came out, when Northwood came out, it set a record for least time a CPU took for becoming long-in-the-tooth
