Hell if I got a Maybach AND a check for $10g's I'd probably give the money to charity too. You do know Puffy and his son are good friends with Wyclef right? Donating money to a friends charity make sense, and even if this is a PR stunt, a country that really needs donations just got an extra $10k. So it's a win/win.

Puffy has already donated to Haiti, but even if this was a charade, money was donated to a county in dire need. $10,000 will go a long way down there. But I doubt it was done for publicity and not from the heart. If this was a PR stunt Puffy would have made it $100k or more, not $10k. Puffy's worth what $500 million? $10k is chump change and I'm sure after getting a $300k car the son decided he didn't need the money lol.

There was a report saying this, Wyclef has since came out mad as fuck refuting the allegations. I'm going to have to side with Wyclef on this, as he's Haitian and for years has been big on pushing to get help for people there. I could be wrong, but he seems like a stand up guy who really does care about his homeland. And not just a celebrity who decided to help them after the earthquake. If the people he has running the org are shady with the donations they need to be replaced ASAP.
