Aced the permit test.

Failed my first behind the wheel. Turned underhand twice, -16 each time...thing that sucked about that, the lady giving me the test was also my behind the wheel instructor, and she never mentioned once that I was doing anything wrong.

Yes. It was insanely easy. I missed one question (following distance behind a motorcycle - I put more than a regular car, so I erred on the side of safety) and as far as I know, my driving portion was perfect. I'd not thought it possible to fail the things until my brother failed his a few years ago.

yup...almost failed though cuz some a-hole coming in other direction pulled a left turn on me randomly while the light was yellow without signaling. The instructor docked me 15 points for that. Then I think I signaled too early somewhere too. I was about 3 points shy of failing.

I failed the permit test because of a few stupid questions that would require reading the book to know the answer to. But I passed the actual driving test the first time.

Failed first permit test because I didn't study. Aced the second time.

Failed first driving test because the parallel parking cones were moved 3 feet closer than they were supposed to be. They had motorcycle tests right before mine and forgot to move the cones back.

Anyway, I didn't find out until I got my license on my second attempt that they were closer than normal. You bet I threw a fit!

Keep in mind, I took my drivers test in a full size high top coversion van with all the windows covered in curtains. I couldn't see a damned thing in that tank... every little bit of space helps in that thing.
