Did you hear Bush sound (even more) like a fool today?

Heard the clip on the radio this morning. Bush was trying to say the old quote "fool us once, shame on you. Fool us twice shame on me", and he f'ed up miserabley. He got the first half ok, but then paused for like 8 seconds because he forgot the rest, he stuttered, and then just said "you cant fool us again" really fast and flusterd. He sounded like a complete fool. How can he not be able to complete that quote. I tell you, there has never been a worse speaker or a bigger idiot in the whitehouse. If anyone can find the link to that please post. it was on howard stern today, and no it was not a parady or a altered tape.

Before the elections, he gave a speech off a teleprompter about how important education and reading were, and he exhibited all of the characteristics of a poor reader: eyes darting, glazed, mispronunciations, poor phrasing. I was really shocked. Since then, most of his presentations have been ****much**** smoother, but it still worries me to know that about his reading skills.
