I really don’t care about the “scandal”, it’s the logic behind it that seems messed up.

Per the article(s) we have thus far, she presented herself to Rudy as a reporter. The only part that identifies her as 15 is AFTER they go up to the room and then Borat runs in saying "She's 15! She's too old for you!" (which is hilariously simply joke).

I'm not trying to protect Rudy. I'm just not going to cast the "pedophile" stone until I have information that corroborates it.
