Did I miss my calling to become an Assassin?

I'm kinda thinking you have to have a military background to get into it.... I'm sure some people have slipped in there with no military experience, but I'm guessing it would be a very low number.

At 25 years old, am I too old?

I'm thinking I am 🙁

Just stick to video games dude.

Nah, I don't play too many video games...if anything, the games have honed my shooting skills! Hah....

I'm a firefighter, so I'm in good enough shape. The mental aspect I think I could handle...death doesn't phase me anymore, see it all the time.

I mean realistically I know I'm not going to become an assassin, just entertaining the idea...because you never know!

...and I figured a computer forum was the perfect place to gain insight into this profession..... consider yourselves lucky

First step:
Join one of these:

USMC-go RECON!
USN-go SEALS
USA-go Green Beret

Any of those will teach you some of the basic skills needed to qualify for training.
The USMC sniper academy in Quantico is perhaps the best of its kind anywhere in the world.

Once you've proven yourself in one of those...you MAY qualify for "further training" in the fine arts.

Ya I was as close as you can become to joining the army, wanted to be a Ranger...but never made the step.....

But i'm wondering about the private sector...going into business for yourself...

Change your name to Artemis, buy a sweet-ass dagger, and you should be good to go.

Then fo find someone like Tony Soprano...ask for a job on a "trial basis." 😀

"They all have husbands and wives and children and houses and dogs, and, you know, they've all made themselves a part of something and they can talk about what they do. What am I gonna say? 'I killed the president of Paraguay with a fork. How've you been?'"

BTW, just asking this question on an internet forum automatically disqualifies you from the Assassin's Guild.

Don't have to be military, just bred from a young age.

You can still do it, just don't expect to make it back from your first mission, or make it to your target.

I don't remember the title but that movie cracked me up, until it got boring at the end.
