Axelfox, he didn't record the original call. He hung up on me and then I called back and he said he was recording this one, and that if I called again he'd press charges for harrassment or something.

Trust me, he is blowing nothing but smoke. Most trolls threaten that when cornered. He will do nothing but whine.

If I had a dime for each time they threatened me with legal action I'd be living in Hawaii now.


 
He met me in person for the cash in NYC, but he "forgot" to include the wireless mouse, paperwork for warranty, and Office XP that was all included. Does not return phone calls, but I only have his cellular number and have seen him on the boards here and dslreports.com but will not return PM's. If anyone has his home phone # and address I would apreciate it, I am only 2 hours away myself and will resolve this.

BTW, he sold the laptop to another person at dslreports as well..........
 
He didn't have any heatware, but he had about 15 feedback on another trading site (broadbandreports.com), and he tussled good when it came to working out a deal, so I figured he really was selling the lappy, and agreed to cross ship with him.

Well, he finally emailed me today at least. - although I just sold the laptop to help buy my new home 🙂
