I bought a bunch of Gateway DX Desktopsthat came with Seagate 2TB ST20000DM001 HDDs. I've noticed they all made strange squeaking sounds once in a while. I figure maybe they are normal for this series. But I hard a much hard sqeel today and my 100GB VMware file gave me a fatal error after windows ran a scandisk at bootup.
