I have and still play OutLaws, The Curse Of Monkey Island, and Escape From Monkey Island.
We have Outlaws installed on a P3 850 with a GF4 Ti4200 [XP] and on my P4 2.8c@3.1 with a 7600GT. [XP also]
Playing Outlaws MP is great fun.

I played most of the Sierra/LucasArts games released in the 1990s.

Some that come to mind are King's Quest, Tie Fighter, Monkey Island... too many, too good. I need to go find copies of those and run 'em in a DOSbox...

I played several of the old point and click games

Kings Quest 5 and 6 which I can only vaguely remember. I remember liking them alot but I can only recall some elements of the plot.

Robin Hood Quest for the Longbow another great game, especially if you like Robin Hood.

Quest for Glory VGA remake. Fun just to kind of develope a character through practicing skills.

Colonels Bequest which was very entertaining as the murder mystery unfolded. Excellent story telling and mood.

Those old Lucasarts/Sierra games were fantastic. I'd recommend the new Sam and Max games for any fans of those old games.

another great one was Willy Beemish, Sierra made Jones In The Fast Lane, it was almost too simple but I loved playing against my friends.

Hell yeah!

Police Quest, Quest for Glory, Kings Quest, Space Quest, Front Page Sports: Football (owned), Laura Bow2: Dagger of Amon Ra, and some others.

Anyone else used to get the magazine by Sierra in the mail? LOVED that company.

I have played a couple of the early sierra's games. One I remember was a kind of RPG in which you would fight with magic and such. I don't remember the title but I remember that you needed a boot disk to play it. I was never able to finish the game because at some point it would just crash.
