Did anyone else find Napoleon Dynamite to be a crappy movie?

Its one of those movies where you either love it or hate it. Who cares what everyone else thinks? I personally like it...can't really place why though. Maybe because its refreshing to see something completely different than every other movie out there? Because in some twisted sad way I could relate my childhood to parts of the movie? Because in the true Seinfeld sense it was a movie about "nothing"? I dunno....but I got a kick out of it. So you didn't like it - so what? Don't watch it again.

maybe i just analyzed it too much....

i think he was a funny character, but i didn't like the movie at all.
there was no story, no point to anything.

All the dumb teenagers (excluding myself) think Napeoleon Dynamite is some sort of saint...

I originally wanted to see the movie when it was in select theaters, but none of my friends would see it with me. The movie arrives everywhere, and everybody but myself sees the movie, and everybody rants and raves about how good it is. I finally get around to see it in January... funny, but it is so damn overrated.
