hey ... what u mean by a registered letter... is like sending a mail, but i mean a real one not email to them... with my name my card data and my address and such?

by the way, i retest the card again, after doing of the clean up thread.. the card was dead.. I leave it there in the computer and after a warm up the computer boot lol... unfortunatly a lot of strange distortions appear on display and the system stop working all around... then I hit the reset orb in the case again and more distortion.... i guess this card is SO MESS UP!!!!!

hey guys.... i retest the card and something strange happend, the card didnt work the first time... but after a while of no booting inside the computer I reset and the computer POST... but in windows they start showing some strange color lines crazyness, i reset again and then the same crazy color lines all over BIOS until full crash again....

Any more clue of what can be mess up in the card lol...
 
BBB sounds like a good call... AMD is on the same boat with diamond... non of the phones are 1-800 or those freebie ones... and no emails in contact us... only some physical address... maybe i think about sending a letter...
 
omg... wow... BBB doesnt have in their database Diamond... sounds like no one so far reported them...
 
Like I said diamond took 2 weeks to answer me then I sent another message and never got one back for 3 weeks.....give up they are a bad company

It's not really hiding. Diamond is a brand; they picked the name up for pennies and are using it for graphics products since it's well known and Best Data is not.
 
let me guess... ATI design the stuff, Best Data Products construct it.... and Diamond get them and sell them...?
