Send a registered letter to the following address in addition to calling.
However, Diamond may be hiding, they had a lot of supposedly defective ATI cards, enough that it could bankrupt them.

Diamond Multimedia, USA
9650 De Soto Avenue.
Chatsworth , CA 91311
Support Tel: (818) 357-5165
Main Tel: (818) 534-1414
Fax: (818) 773-9619

Here's another #
818.534.1414

If you get in touch with them after the warranty has expired, point them to this topic so they see you have been trying to contact them since BEFORE the warranty expired.

hey ... what u mean by a registered letter... is like sending a mail, but i mean a real one not email to them... with my name my card data and my address and such?

by the way, i retest the card again, after doing of the clean up thread.. the card was dead.. I leave it there in the computer and after a warm up the computer boot lol... unfortunatly a lot of strange distortions appear on display and the system stop working all around... then I hit the reset orb in the case again and more distortion.... i guess this card is SO MESS UP!!!!!

It's not really hiding. Diamond is a brand; they picked the name up for pennies and are using it for graphics products since it's well known and Best Data is not.

let me guess... ATI design the stuff, Best Data Products construct it.... and Diamond get them and sell them...?
