Can someone tell me how good is the customer support of diamond graphic cards???

hey guys.... i retest the card and something strange happend, the card didnt work the first time... but after a while of no booting inside the computer I reset and the computer POST... but in windows they start showing some strange color lines crazyness, i reset again and then the same crazy color lines all over BIOS until full crash again....

Any more clue of what can be mess up in the card lol...

sup all... 10 days and no answer from Diamond yet...
 
dont tell me u are amazed because i mention they have customer support... are they really that bad?
 
Well from the experience I had with them multiple times, I would safely say that a average rock in your garden will get back to you with a answer sooner then diamond tech serice.

If you need to RMA something though, contact AMD/ATI directly as they can help.
 
hm... i ask because I post a ticket yesterday... and it have been there for around 26 hours and no response yet...
 
How much warranty you have? I would go directly to AMD/ATI as Diamond seems to have 1 person operating the entire business.
 
1 year warranty... card is 10 months old... or 9 and half... but i start reading the amd ati page about RMA... and they nvm,,, let me quote it here...

Detailed warranty information regarding your retail ?Built by ATI? or "Built by AMD" product can be found on the Customer Care website, under the Warranty Service and Repair category.

For ?Powered by ATI? or ?Graphics by ATI" products, please contact the manufacturer or your place of purchase for warranty inquiries.

Well I would still contact AMD/ATI and just tell them you cannot get in contact with Diamond. They might be able to give you a phone number not listed on the Diamond site or even RMA it as a BBA card.
 
well is not build by ati... so what can i get from ATI is isnt crafted from them... is diamond and diamond customer service suck ass... omg... screw this crap... i guess i will get nothing... any place to report this like a federal customer department or something????
 
this piece of bullcrap server is pulling my leg.... now they return me an error with the spam prevention, stupid captcha

this diamond site is mess up... anyone know any phone number of diamond customer server.. one of those 1-800 numbers....
 
It took me 2 weeks for them to reply to my question, plz dont buy from them there support is bad, maybe it was just my luck it took 2 weeks but by from a good brand like XFX or Visiontek

ok i found some numbers in the box... dunno what they are for... but there is piece of paper yelling not to return this product to the store.. call... some number.... dunno if that is diamond at all...
 
I am wondering if it was worth something all the trouble of creating the ticket and calling... if u guys want to hear crap music call 888-238-2272 that is the diamond phone number.... is suppose to be customer service but is more like a radio station lol...
 
I cant believe all this diamond support is only a display... no service at all.. no replay from tickets, mail, nor phonecalls... i cant believe this, i called 3 times today wait for 1 hour in one of them and no one answer.... WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON DIAMOND!!!!!
