Diablo type game that isnt point n'click

Isn't the point and click setup pretty much the whole identifying attribute of Diablo?

I wouldn't call any game without it similar to Diablo.

Crusader: No Remorse maybe, if you don't mind a lack of randomized levels, skill points, occult-themed environment, and a few other oh-so-minor details.

I liked Diable much better on the PS1 which wasnt point n' click.Moving your charcter with the D-pad would be like moving him WASD. I only like point n click with adventure games like Maniac Mansion or Full Throttle.

Yes, but they're not any good or even comparable to the same level as Diablo. The closest one that is somewhat as good is WoW. The whole driving force behind D2 is loads and loads of items, the ease of PLing and more than just 3 builds for each class.

Hellgate: London (diablo in 3d in hellish london)
Maybe Guild Wars (diablo with a lighter theme)
Fable (Zelda + MMORPGish quests + a story)
Phantasy Star Online and its sequels (it basically is sci fi diablo)

Not a PC game but try the Champions (of Norrath/Return To Arms) games on the PS2, they are pretty much what you are looking for.

I don't know of any on the PC, Hellgate: London is the closest thing but still not close enough.

Guild Wars is hack and slash like Diablo 2.
HellGate London is also a hack and slash.

guild wars is the closest thing there is to diablo III. (well until diablo III actually comes out after being delayed until 2020)

I had never even heard of titan quest, but looking at the website it does appear rather diablo like.
