Objectivity? Anyone who rallies to the defense of Fox "News" has no right to even use the word. Fox goes beyond simple bias, they are actively manipulating news and events all under the guise of journalism. I can't comment on MSNBC, if it's as bad a Fox then by all means call them on it, but don't use them as an excuse to legitimize Fox's unholy existence.

Lets see. CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, and a ton of mags all basically gave Obama oral sex on live TV every night during the campaign and still don't air much negative information about him. Meanwhile those same media outlets would air or print smear pieces and compare Bush to Hitler without batting an eye.

Basically, left ing nut jobs are just pissed that people don't see things the way they do and want to shut them up.

Bottom line is that the truth can be told in many ways..

Reminds me of a joke I heard once that I will convert to be partisan.

A New York Times reporter saw a two young boys walking on the side of the road. The reported watched a vicious pit bull run from a yard and started to attack the younger of the two boys. The older boy, defending his younger brother, picks up a stick, hit the pit bull as he tried to attack his younger and the dog fell over dead.

The reporter ran to the boys and exclaimed theat he saw what happened and he would love to run a front page story on it. He said I can see the headlines now, "Young democrat kills an attacking pit bull to protect younger brother. The young boys replied, "We're not democrats, we are both republicans".

The next morning the paper had the following headline, "Two young republicans kill beloved family pet"...

I do not tell a good story I know, but hopefully this illustrates the way in which the truth can be told. Bottom line if you have liberal views, you can see news that somewhat matches your viewpoint of the world on a multitude of channels. If you have a conservative view point you can only watch one channel to see the news as it relates to your viewpoint of the world.

If you do not like Fox, CNN or MSNBC simply do not watch it...

What you do not believe it is possible to put truthful yet conversative bias and a truthful yet liberal bias to any news story?

So you think news is biased if reported on Fox, but is unbiased if reported elsewhere?

It's good citizenship to call organizations' lies lies, to call propaganda propaganda, to point out who is the spokeman of an ideology and who pays them and so on.

The next thing, too hard for many, is to separate the claims of such things that are right from wrong.

Turns out, the 'big lie, having the big megaphone, really does let those with it create a lot of belief among the public of lies. The question is how to limit how much they can.

It seems you would benefit from reading a good explorting bias, media, and the money in politics.

There are a lot, but a couple to start with are 'What Liberal Media?' and 'The Right-Wing Noise Machine'.

Just 'not watching' when one group is putting forth harmful ideology and it has the money to push it onto the society isn't much help.

If a 'fascism channel' calling for something you abhor was well funded to get more an mre influential, would you not speak?
