Until ATI enables HyperZ in D3D by default, they are not done yet. Sure you can enable it in the registry but that leads to a lot of corruptions with many D3D games.

Quote from Taz4158:

<< Certainly buggier than ATIs. They are the model of stability. Again, you've not used a Radeon and until, or if you do, you have no opinion. >>

LOL! "Model of stability?" HAHAHAHA! ROFL!:D

Here's a quote from Brian Hook (id software programmer), in a recent interview he did with Voodoo Extreme:

<< This leaves Nvidia and ATI dominating the market, and to be frank, I don't think ATI is going to be able to hang on much longer. ATI has systematic problems delivering hardware on time and drivers in a stable fashion. ATI can still turn around, but if there isn't a Radeon follow on pretty soon with rock solid drivers, ATI can pretty much say good night. >>

Gee, why would a top notch game programmer say this? He must know a lot more than this "Dave" character, as he actually WORKS with all kinds of hardware (other than 3Dfx), and uses it in "real world" situations -- rather than someone who just sits in a cubicle all day and ponders on the wonders of HSR.

Are the 7.27 drivers that are going to be released in a few days, are these just going to be 'leaked' drivers, or official drivers from Nvidia's website??
