ranking in at only 17 years of age i think i did fairly well modding out my desk top. backround is a custom job and slightly modded coolmod to the right Y'z dock and Y'z shadow. a default theme from style XP and custom icons (had to remake em in .png format)

jeez man!! im getting 2.0kbps on that site!!

I can't tell one or another since it's taking 10 mins to load the stupid image.

I have cable modem so 10 seconds is more like it, not 10 mins.

I like to use visual styles in XP. I got some good ones from them xp.

They have logins, wall paper, themes and visual styles.

btw say hit to greathandz2002 for us also Im on a connection from work and its slower than crap downloading that first image

Paulson's server is flooded but it's switched now to pics.bbzzdd.com so it's going faster

Edit: I'd just like to point out giblet, my little bro, has just surpassed me in uber- 733tness...

Man can someone hook me up with a way to learn how to do this stuff? DND yours is really sweet.
CoolMon is a program for putting system stats on your desktop. I'd like to know what the calendar program he's using is; that would be cool because I frequently forget what day it is. 😱

I know, that sucks. Why can't they make versions for those of us who run Win2k? Some people just don't want to waste time with an OS that has bloat that they don't need, and bloat that they don't want to spend too much time turning off. :|

Yea, yea, whatever. I don't want XP, but I wouldn't mind having the quad-Xeon system with 6GB of RAM and a 1.5TB SCSI RAID 5 array necessary to get decent performance with the OS.

<div class="rant" id="personal">I guess some people like these supposed "&uuml;ber-elite" desktops with themes and styles up the wazoo, but I've tried it before when I was running XP, and the decrease in performance from enabling the options on an "average" system was just too much to make it worthwhile. Right now, I'm running a basic setup with a plain blue background, no themes or styles, no window animations, and no menu fades or transparency. The only "cool" thing I've got is Coolmon running on my desktop, and (soon to be installed) Rainlendar.</div>
