<< Operation Digital Piratez >>

ROFL!

As if the DOJ doesn't have anything better to do? Catch some terrorists and bring them to justice already!

Methinks Bill G might be putting some pressure on the DOJ?

They let Microsoft go because its a big business and then they go after petty people who dont have money.

<< Attorney General John Ashcroft >>

MAY HE BURN IN HELL, THIS MAN IS EVIL

These type of things are just bluffs...

unless you in the warez business you have nothing to worry about.

Do the crime, do the time.

I find it amazing the lengths software pirates will go to justify their thievery.

Now Ashcroft is evil because he wants to stop the theft of software? :::eyeroll:::

I have used Warez before, but I wont justify it, its stealing. Of course so are all my MP3's. I guess its time that somebody did something about this. All these people telling me to support the economy while at the same time their winmx folder is filling up with free music. 🙂 Hypocracy at its finest.

I am not trying to justify these "piratez" :::eyeroll:::, I am merely stating that there are other burning issues that should be dealt with before this one.

Ashcroft is evil because he needs to get his priorities straight. With the war winding down (somewhat) national security is a greater issue, and even if he succeeds in shutting down the warez groups, you will always be able to cruise to your local shady part of town and buy a copy for 5 bucks.

So have the feds officially declared a War on Piracy yet? If so that's the most nerdy War they've ever declared. You wonder if they'll soon start double taxing shrink-wrapped software to help pay for their efforts.

he is evil because everything he is doing, he is on a giant witch hunt against freedom ever since he got in that fat seat of his.

Yes such as whether to use nero or clone cd. Sorry couldn't resist. 😉

And conveniently using the 9/11 tragedy as a good way to ram any and all measures through as "anti terrorist", regardless of the civil liberties that get trampled in the process..... And as a country of sheep we gladly stand by and say "anything to make us feel safe".

So, stop stealing Microsoft's software, and you shouldn't have a problem. And Microsoft can charge whatever it wants for its software. If you can't pay it, move along please.
