We should certainly only take in the most able from anywhere in the world. If a person is given a work visa and they end up not finding any work, what is the point of keeping them?

Im assuming there are probably laws that deal with that. Not all visas are the exact same, there are certainly specific rules that apply to each type of visa.

The IRS does verify SS#. We do payroll for restaurants. The IRS sends out letters when they find a problem with SS#s. They do, however, keep any taxes w/h.
