He's doing it because he loves to teach, and because he's made enough money to easily support his family for the rest of his life. Because - he produced. Probably far more than you ever will, monetarily, and quite possibly effort-wise (a man who worked across 3 continents for nearly 10 years starting his business).
I won't even get into my own politics, as an ex-Reaganite, ROTC in high school and college, IT executive who has delivered many large, successful projects - but I hate Bush and his kleptocratic cronies.
