Seen on Facebook:

JD Vance's brother is losing by SIXTY points for mayor of Cincinnati.
He's getting hammered so badly I thought he was Pete Hegseth at a 10AM meeting.

JD is the biggest loser from last night. His fortunes are completely tied to loser Trump. Lil Marco on deck?

Mamdani turned out more New Yorkers than anyone since Giuliani immediately post 9/11. 62% of the electorate was under 30–unheard of. And men under 30 supported Mamdani by an even greater margin.

So how did he do all that without going on the Joe Rogan podcast???

This is the Trump effect. Not in terms of Trump being so bad that people are flocking to the other side.
But the Trump effect as in people are desperate for a change that will break the status quo.

Mamdani has a chance to break to status quo. Just in a good way. Not in a retarded Trump way.

I don't really agree with Sliwa on anything but the man is a world class Andrew Cuomo hater.

Also, Silwa didn't say he'd leave the city if he lost, unlike other big fat crybabies (though, in fairness, neither Adams nor Cuomo live in NYC). Part of living in a democracy is accepting democratic results (with the exception that democracies cannot unmake themselves, lest they lose their legitimacy). He at least has some integrity, and that singular aspect should be celebrated, particularly in an era where so many people have sold theirs for so little.

Behaving like a fucking adult is underrated. Cuomo for sure on Zillow right now looking at condos in Boca though.

"Trump wasn't on the ballot" - Lol, Donnie's self awareness wasn't either! Trump pretending last night’s election wasn’t a referendum on him.

Voter Reform? Voters don't need to be reformed.

No mail-in ballots? Except for Trumps ballot, of course.

That Gatsby party was a slap in the face to the entire country. What were they thinking. They are disconnected from reality. The reality is that Trump loved it. Throwing his wealth in our faces makes his day. And also "look at my marble bathroom" and his daily sundowning did not turn out to be a winning election strategy.

Spanberger margin stands at +15 with over 95% of the vote in. Sherrill at +13 with 96% of the vote in.

Prop 50 +32 points at 70% in (California will be counting for weeks).

If the GOP was looking for any good news out of this election there is really none to be found.
well... looks like my township supervisors and tax collector may have held onto their jobs, both R's.... LOL. They have a fiefdom here.

The reassuring thing here is that in response to a resounding defeat that they want to apply more and bigger sticks to the electorate to make it like him. Best of luck.

Republicans: - "Donald, your policies and constant failures are killing us. Should we change it up?"

Trump: - "No. We must make it harder for Americans to vote and rig elections to win"

Lesson from Mamdani. Run on the wishes of your district/state. He isn't the face of the Democratic Party but part of a DIVERSE coalition. If Mamdani works for NYC that doesn't mean he necessarily works for other districts.

Take a look at MTG. She has moderated a lot. She read the tea leaves in her district early and shape shifted. She's still a POS but smart enough to know crazy will not get her re-elected. Whoever runs against her has full feature movie length of opposition research.

Embrace the tapestry of left - left center - center - right center.
