Tripleshot: Correction made, my apologies for the mistaken identity but it WAS 7ish AM on a Saturday -- I need my G400MAX again to keep two monitors going with these huge threads.

Why is that everyone who disagrees with you is a "sheeple"? That's quite an interesting perspective. As if the liberal agenda is the enlightened one of individuals? Baaah! to that.

Apology accepted. I too was bleery eyed when I read it and hadn't had my first cup of coffee yet.

Andy,I call people sheeple if they blindly follow retoric given by right wing or left wing extremests without investigating both sides of the issue.Every time some sheep says t"that info is no good becuase it is the liberal media who says it",I want to vomit. There is some very well thought out and researched information given in these political threads and you started this one with "Democratic hypocrites pandering for money and support ". Sure sounds to me like you fit the description when just being a democrat makes them hypocrites. The rest of the thread is wide and diverse and in answer to your original post I would offer the very same reasoning to the flip flop of Bush on his campaign tactics. Your man is losing,or is it you don't believe those "liberal " polls?

Offer up something in support of your candidate without slamming the oppsition with spiteful remarks and I will withdraw my assesment of your sheeple charactoristic.;)

So where did Mr. Keyes pick up his Phi Beta Kappa key? Harvard? Yale, or the University of North Dakota Hoople Extension Night Division? Please post his Stanford-Binet scores. We prefer INFORMED opinion.

Is that how you determine intelligence, soley on grades and test scores? Because if you do, that would make Gore the dumbest candidate.

I don't know anything about Keyes's background. Just listening to him debate, his intellectual prowess becomes apparent.

TrainWreck:

I'm not the one declaring him to be intelligent. He actually has a PhD. from Harvard, so he can't be too stupid. But Bradley was a Rhode's Scholar. You think Keyes is smart because he's a right wing Republican, not because he went to Harvard. Who's being stupid here?

By the way, Keyes was widely known as Reagan's token black in favor of lifting sanctions against S. Africa. An incredible bit of intellectual gymnastics, if you ask me. Also, Alan Keye's honesty has been raised a number of times because his campaigns have been known for bouncing checks and leaving 6 figures in unpaid bills. If he can't balance his checkbook, how smart can he be?

You are, as usual.

Bradley's debating skills didn't impress me. Alan Keyes ran circles around everyone. As far as thinking someone is intelligent or not, difference in political opinion is not a factor. They have to be able to articulate their points.

For instance, Hilary & Bill Clinton are very intelligent, they know how to manipulate an entire country.
