This monitor can play all games, but there are caveats. You need a very powerful graphics card if you want all the bells and whistles, otherwise, you'll have to drop down your settings. I play Far Cry and Doom3 which seem to run well at 1600x1050. The other factor is you need to find the hacks for games to display in the correct aspect 16:10. There are two sites for this: Dave's Widescren Gaming Hacks and Widecreen Gaming Forum. I will look up the urls later or you can google them.

I love the 2005FPW. Combined with the GeForce6800OC, it is awesome.

Right im in the UK, I am going to pay for the monitor and it will shipped to a friend in the US (who will then ship to me) but!! Well, I'm in for one 2001FP and 1 2005FPw. $40 coupon helped it to stay under $600 with tax. Will let you know what I think of my first LCD when they get here!
