Edited to correct coupon expiration date and confirm order is in testing stage, so no mistake.

Dell has two email coupons out that give 150 or 200 off selected models. I configured basic Dimension 3000 with free printer and 15" flat panel for $229 before shipping and tax, $269 after. That's sizzling to me given the free 15" flat panel. It might be a mistake since the generic description does not mention the free flat panel, but it is there when configuring. Can upgrade to 1100 laser printer for another $59.

Also available is Dimension 4700 with free 17" flat panel, printer, and upgraded 80 gig drive for $469 or so after shipping and tax.

Are these great prices or not?

If a repeat post sorry .. searched and did not find another post.

Edit: Price on the 4700 is $419 before shipping and tax.

This is a nice deal.

If someone has one of these codes they don't need, I would surely appreciate them tossing it my way.

Just make sure if you ebay for coupons, look for lower shipping prices. Got mine for $4.50 shipped - I'll have an extra $200 off coupon, since I'm using the $150 off for a 3000.

You guys think the extra $50 is worth it for a Pentium 4 2.8GHz?

If you plan on keeping the computer, possibly. If you're going to sell it (like me), I think you're better off with the Celeron. I don't think the faster processor will get you an almost 25% higher selling price to make up the difference.
