So basically, it was raining today and as I was walking down the steps of my train, I slipped and landed on my 710m. Now its crushed down the middle and the LCD is cracked in many places.
I have 301 days left on my Complete Care, am I good to call them and ask for a replacement or does falling and landing on your laptop not fall within the guidelines set for Complete Care.
I'm just confused because in the Complete Care contract it states coverage for:
Notebooks: Only the central processing unit, internal keyboard, internal hard drives, and the computer's built-in LCD are covered.
In my situation, the case is broken as well as the LCD. Also reading further on, it states that it covers spills and drops, but about me landing on top of it after I drop the laptop =X
Anyways, thanks for any replies Having such a terrible day.........
