Interesting how Donald Trump is a laughing stock and joke of the century among the world's leaders, yet they are obliged to give him pats on the back and tickle him under his chin to curry favor from him all due to those childish personality defects of his that makes him an obvious security risk.
Trump has obviously dumbed down the wheels and gears of gov't to his level of ineptitude and hampered intellect along with getting rid of those of whom held him accountable for the many crimes he's committed, those that threaten that transparent image he's trying hard (and failing) to project and those that limit his abilities to enrich himself in any way he can. And yes, he's made his whole administration keyed in on himself, his insecurities, his desires, his insatiable need for being approved of, for being admired and adulated. He's a very sick man spiritually, physically and mentally.

Trump did say he was going to stop illegals from getting healthcare….
He did not say how we was going to do it. But if there are no more medical facilities then the illegals will not get free medical care
