1GB DDR2 memory.....between $65-75 for some average but decent DDR2-533/667; 2 x 1GB DDR2-533/667 RAM will run around $130-$140 (best bet...watch for sales, there was a rebate on 2GB's of PNY DDR2-667 last week that made its price $100....and I'm assuming you have time to watch for best prices!)
Video card....at $100, the 7600 GS is good, the ATI 1650 Pro is decent......for ~$20 more and you have the 1650 XT and the 7600 GT.......for $40-$50 more and you move to much better.....a 7900GS or an X1950 Pro
