2. Saints (10-6) - Very exciting offense, but they aren't the Colts...they need a defense, and they don't have it.

1/1 so far...

.5/1 I would say. True they need a defense, but they also need a offense. Bush looked like scared little boy back behind the line. Duece wasn't any better.

hard to play good when you are down by 17 points in the 4th with inches and your coach won't go for it. I love Sean peyton (cowboys fan) but that had to be the stuipidest coaching move I have seen in a while. I mean, did he think his O that had scored 3 points all night was going to get a better chance?

Just because the Colts D played great and smothered the ball doesn't mean anyone should jump ship on the Saints O which like I said was playing from behind for pretty much the whole 2nd half.

How many rushing yards did they have in the first half? about 55 yards, and about 50 yards in the second half. so they were playing about just as good as they were in the first half. Not saying that it was Bush's and dueces fault but when you o-line is getting man handled like they were, it's hard to break out any runs.

Steelers a farce? They're going to continue to steamroll

you should definately wait until they play someone other than the browns. I mean, I am a cowbyos fan but I am not saying we are going 12-4 because we beat the giants in 1 game.

Damn! I had a side thing going through PM trying to guess who would be the first team's fans to whine this week. I guessed Packers, or maybe 49ers. I forgot that Steelers fans are some of the whiniest, "we're the best even when we aren't" fans out there.

Yes, the Steelers look good and they've dominated their (doormat) opponents so far. Lets see them keep it up, hmm? Like I said last year around this time...its a long season gentlemen, last time I checked they don't give out too many Lombardis in week 2.

here i am 'whining' again.

go steelers!

Didnt think the Niners had much of a chance today but they didnt look all that bad against the Steelers. The Colts and Pats are miles ahead of anyone else.

They arent "miles" ahead of the Cowboys.. Will be an interesting matchup if both the Cowboys and Pats are 5-0 going into week 6...

Pats may be miles ahead of everyone else, colts have eeked by the Tenn & Houston, hardly impressive.

The Pats haven't beaten a good team yet. I'm a pats fan, but, come on, San Diego obviously isn't the team they were last year and the Pats have demolished the Jets and the Bills.

I think they'll still be very good against top-tier teams, but let's not go celebrating yet - I'll be happy when they win against a real contender.

Also, I love how everyone bags on Deeko for making predictions, but nobody else has the balls to actually write out what they think.

Of course he isn't an expert analyst, but give the guy some credit for stating his opinions. Most other people seem to come in to these threads six weeks into the season and bash his predictions.

Let's see anyone here do any better.

Please, the Bears had a cushy schedule last year. They were never a contender for winning the SuperBowl. They are nothing but hype.

Someones going to eat their words by week 3 😉

Look at the Bears schedule.

lol

so the bears getting the best TE in the draft, hester on offense and kick returns, and a more experienced rexy makes the O worse? thats pretty good logic

Rex=suck
Hester on Offense = no improvement (he cant run routes worth a bleep)
TE wont make any difference with Rex throwing to him

Bears will still win the NFC North with ease

As stated earlier Hester is most dangerous on offense as a decoy and Rex does not suck. He man played his first full season and helped take his team to the Super Bowl, jesus you guys have high expectations. Olsen has proven already to be a dynamic TE and can block, run extremely crisp routes and has outstanding hands. Watch out for dem BEARS!

Rex does suck. End of story. There is no debate.

-lolz deeko ur so dumb@@!11 How could you say the saints wont be as good as last year????!
-wowz what a lozer, go outsid emore! theres no way the bears offense will decline, greg olseeeen!
-cowboys in the superbowl? you on crack?

calm down children, we've only just passed week 3. I'll admit the packers, steelers, and titans all look better than I thought they would, but its still very early.

you do realize that the entire offense is bad, and simply benching Rex isn't going to fix anything right?

receivers drop passes, don't finish routes
RB's fumble
O line can't pick up a blitz
Rex tries to make things happen and throws picks.
Griese won't make a difference, Orton won't make a difference.

Olsen was in on 2 plays, made 2 catches, and was 6 inches from a TD. He is going to be great, just needs to get in the game

Sure, Olsen looks good, no one ever denied that. Just that him and an "improved" Rex would more than overcome the loss of Thomas Jones and make the Bears a solid offensive team.
