It's mostly just to know if a specific workout routine/diet is doing anything or not. I have a hard time getting bigger, but that's likely because I don't eat enough. But I don't eat enough because I'm afraid of getting fat. I also don't do a ton of cardio because I'm afraid of getting skinny. So I want a scale and bf measurements to ACTUALLY see what's going on and take the guesswork and witchcraft out of it.
