what the hell, why cant i get any open minded replies here? im 13, not 4, i dont ride a bike. i have a savings account thats under my name. with my other card, my mom signed up for it, but my name was on the card and the billing address. if you cant tell, im looking for something like this!

and i dont play counterstrike, i play vice city and call of duty. what's counterstrike like, anyway?

I've already told you, without your parents cosignature you will NOT be able to get a card.

Now, go play baseball or something.

i never said that i want a card that my mom doesnt have to sign for. she's signed my brothers and mine the past 3 times and will for this one, too.

now go get drunk or something. and die of liver faliure.

1. Reread the top sentence. Where in that does it state that you will be having your parents cosign? Be more clear next time.

2. If that's the case, have you talked to your bank?

3. Sorry, don't drink

4. Don't make me come through your monitor, give you a spanking and send you to your room.

Buhahahahaha

CPA - He may not have made this clear upfront but he does not want a REAL CREDIT CARD ... he wants a kiddy disposable/refillable/gift card, not a real genuine bonafide credit card.

When I was 13 I was never concerned with getting a debit card, ATM or even credit card. Then again this was 16 years ago ... my how time flies, let's see that was year 2003 - 16 = CRIKEY! that's a while ago.

i dont want a card that takes money out of my bank. the ones we had before had their own balance, unrelating to our bank. i didnt even need a bank number.

Sorry, but I don't know of any cards like that. The only ones I'm aware of that are similar to it are tied to a bank account. You may want to have your mom check that out. Even if it isn't exactly what you want, at least you'd have something to use.
