Debadging my car

Would you be any more confident about debadging your car if everyone in this thread were to proclaim that we already think you're a tool; not for debadging your car, but for the things you've said in this thread??

If so, I think that most will be happy to accomodate you.

Yep, no badge means they are ashamed to be driving a 525 instead of a 540, etc, etc. That is what I always think when I see a debadged car. Don't do it, more often than not people will think that.

Ya, if you like the clean look, go for it. Other drivers can think whatever. I personally like the symmetry. Also, polishing/waxing your car is easier. :-D

Absolutely, that's what I think.

I also think it's exceptionally lame putting M badges on a lesser BMW. Oh, and it's idiotic to put an M badge on any Mazda...and yes, I have seen people do that.

On second though you should debadge your car and replace it with stickers

+5 HP for Type R

+5 HP for //M

+5 HP for LE

+5 HP for GTi

+5 for STI

+5 for GT

+5 for GLT

+10 torque for every one you can combine. I would try:


"//M 350GT STi Type R Gen X Rally Series Uber BMW LE"

(if you run out of room just start it again on the lower bumper)


Oh and .01g of grip if you out on black rims, +acceleration if you make the rims as big as possible. +5 bling if they spin and make sure they cost 2.5x what the car is worth for proper point acquirement. Then top the rims off with the cheapest tires you can find at pep boys, because you should spend the money elsewhere, like on more stickers!!!

-----lots of drag if you lower the car past speed bump limits, you'll 0-60 will drop like crazy though!!!


Also make sure to put "BMW Type Uber" across the front windshield so everyone knows your a bad ass just in case someone cannot hear the fart pipe you put on it.

Oh and limo tint is great, plus add a few fake gauges so people you get close enough to see through the limo tint might think you have N20.

And lastly put a spoiler on top of your wing, it will look like totally awesome dude. I would so buy that car!!!

That's super rice. I've seen people rebadge their 525i or 528i to 540i.

Generally I like the debadged look, because I think cars look sleeker without. We see too many brand-names slapped over everything as it is. The roundel's kind of integrated, though, so I'd probably hang on to that.
