That being said, Sarah Palin has persistently engaged in the kind of rhetoric that whips people into this kind of frenzy, and now, when she's confronted with it, she's completely defiant and unapologetic. In that sense she is now just reaping what she's sown.

Another.

I think he nailed his shot. You saw it miss?

Yeah it didn't even hit the rim.

I'd think youi as a staunch Conservative woulod want her to STFU as all she does is make you guys look bad every time she 0opens her mouth. On the other hand someone like JC Watts makes you guys look good no matter what race he is.

I'm more of a libertarian, but yes I do want her to shut her mouth. I also think its funny that some of you liberals are saying she deserves it, which goes against everything you fools were saying about "vitriolic rhetoric".

He shoots...he misses!!

There's not a lot of for hate JC Watts, most don't even know who he is and those tht do might disagree with him but they don't hate him. There's a huge difference between Watts and Palin, ones bright, well spoken and believes in what he says where as Palin is in it for herself. How else can you explain Palinmaking herself a victim of this tragedy. Yeah she was unfairly blamed for this tragedy but she didn't help herself whining about it. If she had half a brain she could have made herslef look good by just expressing sorrow for what happened and called for healing but instead she pulled out the old "Woah is me" card. Not to bright.
??? Your point is that when liberals called her complicit in a horrible, tragic mass murder she should just accept it?

I've seen J.C. Watts called everything but a child of G-d from other "black leaders" for not toeing the liberal line, although agreed, he's not hated nearly as much as is Palin. Perhaps Ken Hamblin, the Black Avenger, would be a better example.

I don't think she deserves death threats and I sure as hell don't think she deserves to be shot. Made fun of yes but that's about it.

No, just not try to elevate herself to the same status as those who actually were victims of the tragedy. Being above it would have made hewr look a lot better than whining about it.

I don't think you can let that sort of accusation go unanswered. Certainly she could have handled it better, but then she's not that astute a politician. She got along so well in Alaska because she was mostly fighting the corrupt Murkowski/Stevens Republican machine, so Democrats and the media (but I repeat myself) tended to like and admire her. McCain got the same treatment, because he vented most of his criticism on his "fellow" Republicans and conservatives. Neither could cope well when placed in the position of directly opposing Democrats and promoting Republicans, McCain losing his media-bestowed "maverick" title and Palin completely losing the ability to function as governor.

Considering that much of the media and the Democrat machine (again, I'm repeating myself) immediately attacked her and that her media presence is largely confined to Facebook and Twitter, frankly I'm surprised that Palin put up as good a defense as she did. I doubt you'll find the "A"-list speechwriters and political advisers serving Palin.

That's more than obvious because if she had she wouldn't find herself being ridiculed as much as she is.
I think you underestimate both the fervor of her enemies and her own ability to make herself look foolish. LOL

Again - I don't think she's even receiving death threats. She's merely using this to make herself to be a victim here. Think about it - the people who would threaten Palin are also the types who would threaten the WBC. No one seems to be harming them (other than some deflated tires.)

Really? She's paid by Faux News, and they have the best spinmeisters in the known universe.

As for my reference to her sowing what she reaps, it's Biblical, it's Karma, it's whatever you want to call it when you see it for what it is. People who invoke violent imagery should expect that they'll be able to drag their detractors down to their own level- it's the whole point of doing it. Without that and without her blatant sexual pandering, she'd have no message.

As Dr Pizza offers, it's likely all distractional fluffery, anyway.

Highlighting another poster's hypocrisy in a thread because they are being hypocritical is common in the P&N forum. Is this seriously the first time you have seen it?

So the thing is to just accept it. Gotcha.

Then, hey, great job with that one. *thumbs up icon*

For someone with 200 posts in a year and a half, I sure struck a nerve to get you to rush in here and defend your pal.

Do you think he is turning his cheek to this type of shit on "his" side?

Slow down there.

A) I don't know any of you people. So I certainly wouldn't call anyone a friend, or "pal" as you put it.

B) I just wanted to see if you had something to add to the thread, or if you were just calling someone out.

Sorry I don't meet the post/day threshold required to ask for a point to be made that actually furthers the topic. I'll pipe down for ya.

Did they say to reload? Did they say to use second amendment solutions? If not, it isn't even close to the same. Though, from those images, it seems you are just parroting talking points.

That first image uses what is an obvious bulls-eye, calls Republicans enemies, and is labeled Targeting Strategy.

You and the rest of the Democrat sheep in this forum sure are blind to your own teams transgressions, aren't you?
