That’s correct, in order for the Constitution to be violated someone has to be able to show injury or they lack the standing to claim a violation.

For example if a school district had a bunch of Jewish students and refused to provide them kosher meals they would potentially have an argument that their constitutional rights were violated. If no Jewish students were present the fact that no kosher meals were present would not be a violation despite the policy being identical.

Yeah, and goodluck having that stand-up in court when your're told "This is a kosher meal" and then they proceed to eat like normal... Then you tell them "lol jk it's not kosher".... Oh the torture! You clearly abused their "dietary restrictions" that aren't actually restrictions and that actively play no part in their overall wellbeing, diet, or otherwise.

You seem to be so worked-up about the topic that you aren't even making sense. I don't understand what point you are attempting to make with this.

It did inspire me to google the phrase "sued because food was not kosher" and interestingly it turns up zillions of hits, the vast majority relating to US prisons.

But I particularly liked this one for some reason:

Well except for the whole establishment clause thing, or are we still pretending that saying magic words to a dead animal contributes to its nutritional value.

Under the new guidelines we can`t react to this in a manner fitting of somebody who keeps repeating over and over regardless of if this person is right ore not!!
I believe these new Rules that have been established favor nobody but trolls and the juvenile membership on these forums who even when something is explained adequately others do nor really care, even when they are totally 100% wrong!!

There is a thread for discussion of the new rules and a Moderator Discussion as well. Random posts in P&N are NOT the place.

It's not for you to say who is 100 % right, or canvass to close the thread. It seems like a civil discussion which is what the rule change desires regardless of post count.

Looking at the halal certification, the beef patties are originally sourced from AdvancePierre. AdvancePierre is a subsidiary of (wait for it...) Tyson.

Not sure why she/ he was banned , but I reported one of the posts where she said my screenshots were from stormfront. I specifically posted the links from the dearborn school district. so hopefully that contributed to that account ban.

I also dont think it is slowspyder.

I’d guess it was a new account with around 12 posts and 3 or 4 insults thrown to violate the rules. I cannot imagine an account like that ever getting better.
