A couple of problems there:

California and Nevada will go to Mexico, not Canada.

New Jersey should be in a unique color because neither Canada nor the remaining USA want it.

Love living in NJ. Especially since Trump won. Being near such a progressive city like NY will mitigate some of the damage from his administration.

The greatest city in the world is a 7 minute train ride for me in northern NJ. That's invaluable to have such a grand urban oasis at your fingertips. But if you want some nature - 30 minutes north for the first accessible state park for hiking, an hour north are great state parks for hiking and backpacking, a couple hours west are more great state parks, and an hour south are beaches.

The only thing that sucks are winters. But you get used to them.

I remember when Obama was elected, there were a lot of nervous people talking about FEMA death camps. I always thought this was ridiculous, mainly because so many Republicans own guns.

If you're a liberal, and you're seriously terrified about Trump sending the SS to come oppress you, buy a gun, preferably an AR. Not only is shooting one amazing stress relief, but the confidence you'll have about resisting a tyrannical government will really help you get through the next 4-8 years. If, at the end of Trump's Presidency, you haven't come to value gun ownership, you can probably sell your rifle to a terrified gun nut for a profit.

Your post shows your absolute ignorance of the history of gun rights in America and the repression of minorities when they used their right to bear them.

I am a little terrified of the current political climate, though it isn't for any of those reasons. Or for racism/sexism/social issues etc, but for the reasons no one seems to want to talk about. Namely, the Republicans slowly but systematically wanting to dismantle Social Security, Medicare and the protections extended to labor over the past century. Paul Ryan has been itching for this most of all, but until now he did not have the leverage to do it. If the filibuster is disbanded, as some are now speculating it will be, there will be nothing left to stop them. Trump will make a convenient scapegoat. After voter backlash he will get the blame, the establishment will get control back and their end game agenda will be a done deal.

Meanwhile everyone else is choked up about pussy.
